Curio Vendors, Expanded Caskets and Auction House Sorting
Curio Vendor Moogles in the three starter ports no longer appear or open shops. Rhapsody key items and their approved travel benefits remain.
Eligible EXP-yielding kills now have a 5% chance to leave a Casket, split evenly between Blue crafting supplies and Brown level-appropriate, unaugmented Auction House gear. Nearby human party and alliance members receive independent rolls. Blue supplies come from 266 useful, era-appropriate recipe inputs.
Caskets now also reach 22 Wings of the Goddess and nine Treasures of Aht Urhgan outdoor and dungeon zones. Brown Caskets keep a two-digit lock puzzle there: target the chest and use !casket with a guess or hint. Auction House Browse now sorts by newest, oldest, most expensive and least expensive, and can filter active stock by each of the ten Guild members. Price order uses completed sales without exposing hidden asking prices.

Brown Caskets Award Tradable Gear
Brown Treasure Caskets retain their 1% base spawn chance and award each nearby party or alliance player one ordinary, unaugmented equipment item. The random pool now includes Auction House eligible weapons, shields, armor and accessories, including +1 variants, while excluding Rare, Exclusive and disabled markets.
Gear required level is chosen from the defeated monster's level down to ten levels below it, capped at level 75. Extra source-drop loot and gil were removed from the casket reward. The website now describes the new rewards.
September 29, 2026 6:28 PM CSTMercantile Guild Page Clarified
Mercantile Guild Page Clarified
The Mercantile Guild roster now explains how each member handles real adventurer shop finds, Guild trades and crafts. It describes why empty markets receive first consideration and why a merchant waits when a needed ingredient has no trustworthy shop receipt or is priced beyond that evidence.
The page also explains cost-based offers, full-stack leftovers, Guild listings that stay available until sold or regrouped, and the seven-day return of unsold adventurer listings.
September 29, 2026 6:15 PM CSTCost-Backed Mercantile Guild
Cost-Backed Mercantile Guild
The Mercantile Guild now acquires eligible wares from completed adventurer shop sales and records the actual cost and source of every unit. Its merchants offer those wares under their own names, combine stacks, and craft from accounted supplies instead of creating stock to fill empty markets.
When a craft needs an ingredient, the Guild may buy a player listing at its actual asking price only when recent real shop receipts support that price. An expensive ask is ignored. Full stacks can supply a craft; unused units remain costed and can be offered individually or regrouped without creating items or gil. Competing recipes favor empty markets, then markets below their stock target, with real player demand and time out of stock breaking ties.
Guild wares do not expire, though a merchant may regroup singles into a stack. Unsold player listings return after seven days. Coffer can trace shop receipts, Guild trades, crafts, and completed sales.

Removed unaudited Guild reference prices while item-by-item review proceeds. Players may still list and buy items; automatic Guild buying, stocking and heartbeat activity remain paused.
September 29, 2026 1:50 PM CSTAuction House Browse Shows Active Listings
Auction House Browse Shows Active Listings
Auction House Browse now shows only items with a current player or Guild listing. Completed sale history remains available in item details and History; an empty market shows a clear message instead of thousands of zero-availability rows.
Corrected garbled punctuation in Auction House page text, including the results range. Guild automatic stocking, buying and heartbeat activity remain paused during manual price review.
September 29, 2026 1:39 PM CSTAuction House Listings Reset for Manual Review
Auction House Listings Reset for Manual Review
Cleared existing Auction House listings for a manual price review. The Guild's automatic stocking, buying and heartbeat activity are paused. Players can continue to create and buy their own listings.
Unsold player-listed items were returned to their owners through Mog House delivery. Completed sales and their history were retained. Guild stock purchased from players remains recorded for future review; no new Guild listings will appear while automation is paused.
