Titan Mercantile Guild

Keeping the markets of Vana’diel moving.

A fellowship of traders, quartermasters, artisans and brokers who give the goods adventurers part with a second life.

When an adventurer sells an eligible item to a shop, the Guild keeps the receipt and takes that find into its care. Each merchant tends a different trade, offers acquired goods at the Auction House and may turn accounted supplies into something new. For a craft in need, the merchants can also source ingredients from ordinary shops and craft guilds, recording what each costs before setting their price. Elemental crystals and clusters still come from adventurers, never from the Guild's shop sourcing.

Every adventurer receives a pink MercantileGuild pearl. Wear it in a Linkshell slot when you wish to hear the merchants call out noteworthy new wares from their workshops. Your own Linkshells remain yours to wear.

Guild Crafting Service

For your Main adventurer

5% HQ chance

Craft with materials and crystals already owned by your Main character across inventory and Mog storage. Only recipes you have all materials for are shown. The exact fee is the full output’s vendor sell value plus 20%. Materials and gil are consumed together, and the result is sent to your delivery box. Each order has a flat 5% chance to use the recipe’s first HQ result, when available; this can mean an HQ item or increased quantity. The fee stays the same. Completed crafts can remain in your delivery box while you place further orders, as long as there is room. Each craft must finish before the next begins.

Equipped and bazaar-listed items are excluded. Availability is checked again before crafting. One craft request per character at a time.

Meet the Guild

Each merchant tends a different shelf. Their Auction House listings bear their own names, so adventurers know whose wares they are browsing.

Mogbert, Moogle

Mogbert

Moogle · General Merchant

Mogbert handles the odds and ends that keep an adventurer moving. Crystals and everyday supplies brought to the shops pass through his hands; when enough matching singles remain unsold, he can gather them into a full stack.

Specialties

  • Crystals
  • Adventuring supplies
  • Utility items
  • Common consumables
  • General goods

Market Role

Offers eligible crystals and general goods backed by actual shop purchases.

Mogabelle, Moogle

Mogabelle

Moogle · Guild Buyer

Mogabelle studies what the shops truly paid. If another merchant has a craft ready but lacks an ingredient, she may buy a fairly priced Auction House listing at its actual asking price. She also watches for goods listed below what ordinary shops would pay and takes those overlooked wares into the Guild's care. A full stack can serve a smaller recipe, with the unused pieces kept for later trade. An extravagant ask never becomes her standard.

Specialties

  • Shop receipts
  • Fair ingredient bids
  • Adventurer trade
  • Bargain acquisitions
  • Guild purchasing

Market Role

Buys needed ingredients for Guild crafts and acquires player listings below verified shop buyback value, using a 200-gil trading reference when an item has no vendor sell value.

Brassbeard, Galka

Brassbeard

Galka · Quartermaster

Brassbeard values a dependable edge, a sturdy shield and armor fit for the road. Eligible equipment adventurers part with may reach his warehouse, including prized pieces through level 75. When his forge has affordable materials, he serves the emptiest markets before adding more to well-stocked shelves.

Specialties

  • Weapons
  • Armor
  • Shields
  • Field equipment
  • Eligible prized gear

Market Role

Offers eligible equipment acquired through shops and makes needed gear from paid-for supplies.

Pipiru, Tarutaru

Pipiru

Tarutaru · Apothecary

Pipiru minds the remedies for exploration’s less glamorous moments: poison, silence and a passage best crossed unseen. She offers what adventurers bring to the shops and brews more only when the ingredients can be accounted for and a market needs them.

Specialties

  • Silent Oil
  • Prism Powder
  • Echo Drops
  • Antidotes
  • Remedies
  • Holy Water
  • Medicines

Market Role

Offers eligible remedies and brews medicines from acquired ingredients when demand calls.

Saffron, Mithra

Saffron

Mithra · Provisioner

Hunters, mages, craftsmen and front-line fighters rarely agree on much, but they all need something to eat. Saffron tends provisions adventurers sell to shops and puts acquired ingredients to work when another meal would help the market.

Specialties

  • Sushi
  • Mithkabobs
  • Pies
  • Drinks
  • Common food
  • Cooking products

Market Role

Offers eligible traded provisions and cooks from costed supplies for markets in need.

Aurelie, Elvaan

Aurelie

Elvaan · Arcanist

Aurelie keeps watch over magical goods brought in from the road. She may make useful arcane wares when suitable supplies and a market need meet; scrolls whose required spell level exceeds 75 never reach her shelf.

Specialties

  • Common spell scrolls
  • Magical supplies
  • Mage consumables
  • Ordinary magical goods

Market Role

Offers eligible magical goods and makes needed supplies within Titan’s era limit.

Hobart, Hume

  • Cloth and thread
  • Hides and bones
  • Crafting ingredients

Market Role

Offers eligible materials and makes processed supplies from real, accounted inputs.

Rook, Hume

  • Bolts
  • Bullets
  • Ninja tools
  • Job consumables
  • Field supplies

Market Role

Offers eligible field supplies and makes ammunition and tools from paid-for materials.

Tinkerbell, Tarutaru

Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell tends the Guild’s stranger shelves. Tradable furnishings, novelty goods and collectibles find their way to her from the shops; with the right acquired supplies, she can make a new curio for a shelf that needs it.

Specialties

  • Ordinary furnishings
  • Novelty goods
  • Common collectibles
  • Approved curios

Market Role

Offers eligible curios and makes furnishings from real Guild materials when needed.

Coffer, Galka

Coffer

Galka · Guild Ledgerkeeper

Coffer follows each acquisition from the shop counter or an adventurer's listing to its next owner. He also records the shop quotes behind ingredients sourced for Guild crafts. He buys each new Guild posting and returns the same wares to market at the price he paid, so his books show every change in their value. Adventurers’ own listings remain in their hands. His ledgers remember the cost of every piece, each stack or craft made from it, and what the merchants paid and earned. When two members trade, their accounts change hands without creating gil. Through the Guild pearl, he occasionally reports noteworthy arrivals and sizeable shipments without naming the adventurers who brought them.

Specialties

  • Shop receipts
  • Guild accounting
  • Craft records
  • Inventory tracking
  • Trade proceeds

Market Role

Keeps the receipts, craft lineage and sale records for goods the Guild actually owns.

The Guild at Work

Goods adventurers sell to shops can return as Guild wares at the Auction House. If several recipes need the same materials, the merchants first consider empty markets, then shelves below their modest target; real adventurer sales and time without stock help decide close calls. For missing craft ingredients, they look to their own shelves, fellow merchants and fairly priced adventurer listings before sourcing from ordinary shops or craft guilds. Shop-sourced ingredients carry their quoted price plus twenty percent into the craft. Merchants can use part of a stack and offer the remainder as singles; enough unsold singles can become a stack again. Each finished piece carries its accounted ingredient value plus the Guild's usual twenty-percent margin; expert hands gain better high-quality odds on familiar recipes, though a demanding subcraft limits the result. A true high-quality result receives another twenty percent. Simple resale safeguards may raise a price when an item can be immediately turned into something worth more.

Your Finds Set the Shelves

Adventurers' shop sales fill the Guild's shelves. For a needed craft, the merchants may also buy fairly priced player wares or source ingredients from ordinary shops and craft guilds.

A Merchant's Fair Margin

Each Guild offer follows its recorded cost or shop quote, with a usual twenty-percent margin. An item with a provable, more valuable immediate use must clear that value too.

Every Piece Accounted For

Stacks and crafts draw from recorded Guild holdings, including shop-sourced ingredients valued at the quoted price. An unsold Guild offer stays until bought or deliberately regrouped; returned wares go back to their original ledger.

Adventurers Shops Mercantile Guild Auction House Adventurers

Player trading and Guild inventory share the same in-game Auction House economy.

What the Guild Can Trade

Guild supply can include rare, iconic and legendary goods when an adventurer actually sells them to a shop and they are legally Auction House eligible within Titan’s level-75 limit. Non-auctionable items do not become tradable.

The Guild needs a real shop purchase before it can value a material for further buying. Adventurers can still trade their own goods on the Auction House; player listings stay active until sold or cancelled, while Guild offers remain available until sold or regrouped.
