Dynamis Lord Difficulty Reduced
Dynamis Lord has received a substantial difficulty reduction. His base weapon damage is reduced from 145 to 70, with lower attack, defense, evasion and magic attack. TP regeneration is reduced by 80%, the magic cooldown increases from 27 to 45 seconds, and his fast-cast modifier drops from 100 to 25. These changes also apply to his temporary illusions.
Oblivion Smash now uses two hits instead of three, and its first-hit damage multiplier drops from 2.5 to 1.25. Tera Slash’s multiplier drops from 5.0 to 2.0. Neither move can instantly KO a target when used by Dynamis Lord or his illusions, and the Lord no longer selects Death at low HP. Their ordinary damage, defensive checks and existing additional effects remain.
Boss HP, the Shrouded Bijou requirement, delayed dragon summons, temporary illusion mechanics, loot and party/alliance clear rewards are unchanged. The adjustment was applied without a game-service restart. Automated Lua checks cover the reduced stats, move behavior, isolation from other bosses, encounter mechanics and hot-reload rollback; a complete live fight remains to be confirmed.
October 25, 2026 1:33 PM CSTDynamis Lord: Correct Boss and Summon Spawns
Dynamis Lord: Correct Boss and Summon Spawns
Popping Dynamis Lord could immediately bring out additional Lords. Legacy Dynamis statue tables treated the current boss ID as a Vanguard Eye with two adjacent adds; those add IDs now belong to Dynamis Lord copies. Legacy waves also included IDs now assigned to the Lord, Ying and Yang, allowing encounter mobs to appear outside their intended script.
The Lord, his illusion slots and both dragons are now excluded from legacy wave, statue-add and aggro-spawn paths. The Shrouded Bijou pop remains available, and the existing encounter script still schedules Ying and Yang after its normal delay and creates temporary illusions later in combat. Ordinary statue adds and existing boss rewards are preserved.
This was applied without restarting game services. Local Lua regression checks reproduce the original two-add error and verify the spawn guard, ordinary adds, delayed summons, illusion cleanup and hot-reload recovery. A fresh live encounter replay remains pending.
October 25, 2026 11:48 AM CSTAuction House and Mercantile Guild Performance
Auction House and Mercantile Guild Performance
Auction House and Mercantile Guild scans were repeatedly visiting individual listings and historical records even when little had changed. Stack consolidation now filters items that cannot form a full stack before checking live auctions. Active-stock counts and vendor receipt searches use targeted database indexes to reduce repeated row lookups and sorting.
The Guild planner now refreshes affected stock and ingredient availability after committed market changes. A transaction journal also covers website and direct database trades, and a full reconciliation still runs at the existing five-second bound. Failed reads or unavailable invalidation protection force authoritative reads. Demand windows, receipt aging, empty-market timers, buying and crafting schedules, recipe priorities, HQ rules, prices and stock targets retain their existing behavior.
Purchases, crafting and consolidation still validate live auctions and locked inventory lots before changing items or gil. Local checks covered randomized markets, the native snapshot algorithm, rollback and concurrent commit races, Guild accounting and 1,800 concurrent journal-enabled test trades. Benchmarks on a synthetic market showed lower database execution time for the affected scans; live performance and player acceptance will be checked after activation. This update does not establish that all reported cutscene freezes are resolved.
October 25, 2026 11:16 AM CSTDynamis: Titan Safeguards and Sort Sync
Dynamis: Titan Safeguards and Sort Sync
Dynamis now includes the packet-compression safeguards, Auction House worker throttling, player-only combat passives and Sort 1.4 modes from Titan’s deployed update. The isolated DynamisHub addon offers Normal, NQ, HQ and Dupe sorting. Existing v11 Recruit subjobs, healing and support priorities, formations and paid-rehire behavior are retained.
Dynamis loot templates now match Titan’s era cleanup, with spawn positions, stats and other non-loot fields preserved. The Lamian Fang Key pickup also follows the daily Vana’diel reset. These changes apply to Dynamis only; this deployment does not change Titan gameplay.
All 80 C++ cases passed in the initialized local test runtime, and strict schema checks passed. Native gameplay checks passed 25 of 26 cases. The offensive SCH preemption case fails identically in the previous v11 build and this update; that existing behavior is preserved, not fixed. Human client, combat, movement and payment-recovery acceptance remain pending.
October 25, 2026 11:12 AM CSTVenture Moogles: Rewards That Grow with Training
Venture Moogles: Rewards That Grow with Training
High-level Venture Moogles could still return level-one supplies because every unlocked item stayed in the reward pool. All thirteen specialties now choose ordinary rewards from their latest two unlocked ordinary bands, and every trip includes at least one item from the newest band. Four- and eight-hour expeditions also include an item from the latest unlocked Rare band when that specialty has one. Exceptional discoveries remain random. Rare rewards are still capped at three of each item per haul, and Exceptional rewards at one.
Cooking now returns finished foods instead of flour, salt and other ingredients. Early trips can bring Meat Jerky and Baked Popoto, followed by Mithkabobs, pies and sushi. At level 60, the pool includes Sole Sushi, Coeurl Subs, Tavnazian Tacos and Rolanberry Pies. Alchemy returns practical consumables: Antidotes and Echo Drops initially, Silent Oil and Prism Powder from level 20, and Holy Water from level 45. Its trained pool retains the travel supplies. Synergy progresses from crystals into refined components; Synergy crafting itself remains disabled.
Mining, Logging, Excavation, Fishing and the other crafting specialties retain their reviewed resources and components, with starter items leaving the pool as training unlocks better ordinary bands. Nebimonite is now an ordinary Fishing return so trained Fishing Moogles no longer need to fall back to starter fish. Expedition prices, durations, EXP and total item ranges are unchanged: 1–4 items in 30 minutes, 3–8 in two hours, 6–14 in four hours and 10–24 in eight hours.
This update applies when a Moogle’s rewards are selected on completion. Rewards already selected and waiting for delivery are preserved. Full delivery boxes still hold the entire haul for a safe retry. The reward selector passed 195,000 simulated hauls across all levels and trip lengths, and local database tests checked delivery, rollback and legacy rewards. The Venture worker was updated without a game-server reboot; player feedback on the new reward balance is still welcome.
October 25, 2026 10:50 AM CSTEasterly Winds: Audience Chamber Interaction
Easterly Winds: Audience Chamber Interaction
Players on Easterly Winds can now examine the Audience Chamber in Ru’Lude Gardens to start the mission cutscene. The existing approach trigger did not cover the chamber’s upper-floor height, so clicking the door could instead show the unrelated “no appointment” dialogue. The new door interaction is limited to this mission and leaves other palace missions unchanged.
The cutscene still controls mission completion and the optional reward of 10 Imperial Bronze Pieces. If the reward is selected with a full inventory, the mission remains available to retry. The script was tested and reloaded live without a server restart; an in-game confirmation is still pending.
October 25, 2026 7:34 AM CSTServer Health, Inventory Sorting and Dynamis Loot Cleanup
Server Health, Inventory Sorting and Dynamis Loot Cleanup
Auction House stack consolidation repeatedly scanned the active listing catalog during once-per-second economy maintenance. The full consolidation scan now runs once every ten seconds, while demand, receipts and normal listing work retain their existing cadence. Consolidating eligible singles into stacks can therefore wait up to ten seconds. This reduces repeated catalog work; live performance measurements will follow activation.
Outgoing packet batches now shrink on every compression retry, including two-packet batches. Failed compression no longer fabricates a compressed frame, and an unsendable packet remains queued for diagnosis instead of being discarded. Space is reserved for the packet length and checksum. Zone-out state is committed only for the batch actually selected for delivery, so a rejected trial batch cannot prematurely change the player's zone transition state.
Inventory sorting now uses the organization and selection rules from Sort 1.4.0 through both !sort and the Inventory window. Use !sort NQ, !sort HQ or !sort Dupe, or choose the corresponding mode beside Sort Inventory. NQ and HQ pull one eligible item per matching owned synthesis pair into Inventory. Dupe handles equipment only, retaining two rings, earrings and eligible dual-wield weapons, and one ordinary armor piece or two-handed or ranged weapon. An owned upgrade can make an unaugmented lower-tier copy surplus; augmented lower tiers are protected from that rule. Nothing is automatically sold or discarded.
Equipped and reserved items, Bazaar listings, linkshells, seals and protected supplies stay in their existing slots. Each move uses native container and item checks and is confirmed by server readback; unconfirmed work stops without automatic replay. !sort preview Dupe provides a read-only preview. The integration passed ten isolated game-engine scenarios plus planner, command and retry checks. The bundled synthesis references can differ from future custom recipes, and live player acceptance remains pending.
All ten Dynamis areas have been audited for later-system loot. The cleanup removes 98 distinct out-of-era items across 1,597 item references in drop tables, including Odious items, Fiendish Tomes, Forgotten Relic +2 materials, Umbral Marrow and later Dreamland pop or weakening items. It also removes 24 related pop-trade paths. Currency, Relic armor and weapons, Relic -1 pieces for the level-75 +1 upgrade path, attestations, fragments and their valid drop chances are preserved. Titan's established bijou and Herald's Juju clear-boss routes remain available. Items players already obtained are not removed.
The build passed C++ regression checks, including compression capacity, round-trip and bounded-retry checks, plus two isolated game-engine health regression scenarios. These safeguards do not establish that every previously reported cutscene freeze is resolved; player confirmation remains pending. The separate Thief weapon-skill fix was already hot-reloaded before this restart. This activation updates Titan only and leaves the Dynamis test server unchanged.
October 25, 2026 6:44 AM CSTLamian Fang Key: Reset at Vana’diel Midnight
Lamian Fang Key: Reset at Vana’diel Midnight
The Lamian Fang Key ??? in Caedarva Mire was using an era override that limited collection to once per weekly Conquest tally. That is why waiting until the next Vana’diel day did not make another key available. Titan now allows one successful collection per character per Vana’diel day, resetting at in-game midnight.
A successful pickup replaces the old weekly cooldown with the daily record. Inventory space and Rare-item checks still apply, and a refused pickup does not consume the day’s collection. Existing weekly locks no longer require waiting for the next Conquest tally. The day is recorded before the item is granted so a pickup crossing midnight does not consume the following day’s allowance.
The change was applied to this NPC without restarting the game server or altering player inventories. All 56 automated assertions passed, including reproduction of the weekly lock, daily rollover, failed grants and the scoped runtime dispatch. The live handler was verified; an actual player pickup remains pending confirmation.
