Titan XI: Closed Beta Notice

During live beta testing, several serious exploits were discovered that may have compromised server integrity and gameplay fairness. As a precaution, Titan XI has temporarily transitioned to a closed beta while we investigate the extent of these issues, address vulnerabilities, and restore a fair and stable experience for everyone.

Server reopening is currently TBA. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward welcoming adventurers back to Vana’diel.

TitanGambits Trust Source Of Truth Activated

Activated the TitanGambits server bridge so the addon can place owned Guest Trusts under a short server-side control lease while it sends validated hidden action requests.

While that lease is active, Trusts still follow, engage, and auto-attack, but their autonomous server gambit decision layer is skipped so the addon sheet becomes the source of truth. If the addon is absent, disabled, outdated, or stops sending keepalives, normal Trust AI resumes automatically.

Published TitanGambits 2.1.6 through the launcher-managed Ashita addon sync path with role-aware starter sheets capped at 15 rows per Trust.

Phoenix NM Respawn Overrides Audited

Audited Titan and Phoenix NM spawn scripts for era-style respawn overrides and capped active NM respawn, placeholder, growth, cooldown, and time-of-death scheduling paths to one hour.

Updated the modern NM respawn static guard to scan Phoenix custom NM overrides and catch active scheduling values over one hour, including hidden local-var spawn gates rather than only the original 21-hour HNM patterns.

Launcher Website Download Link Updated

Updated the visible homepage download button and Getting Started Windows download link to point at the signed Titan Launcher Setup 1.5.49 installer.

The 1.5.49 signed launcher files and release policy were already live; this fixes the public website button that was still linking to the previous 1.5.48 setup filename.

Signed Launcher 1.5.49 And Addon Sync Prepared

Prepared Titan Launcher 1.5.49 with Microsoft Azure Artifact Signing for the launcher and setup executables.

TitanGambits is now treated as a required addon: the launcher keeps it enabled, removes the old Player Gambits toggle panel, and checks Ashita addon updates during Check Files and Play Titan.

A new Ashita addon update manifest was staged so TitanGambits updates can be published through the server without requiring a new launcher build each time.

Physical Trust Daily Rotation Fix

Fixed physical Trust anchor rosters so the visible Trust group is keyed to the Vana'diel day instead of the Vana'diel hour.

Same-day hour ticks and zone arrivals now preserve the current roster, while the next Vana'diel day still refreshes and broadcasts the new group as intended.

Brown Casket Clue Window Expanded

Brown Treasure Caskets now roll a wider lock-solving window, giving players 6 to 9 clue or guess attempts instead of the shorter previous range.

Added a static guard so future casket updates keep the intended Titan attempt range.

Trusts Persist Through Leader Charm

Removed the Trust controller rule that forcibly despawned active Trusts when their summoning party leader became charmed by an enemy.

Trusts now remain present through charm events instead of vanishing, while normal Trust cleanup for zoning, death, manual release, and other lifecycle paths is unchanged.

World Announcement Chat Marker Made ASCII

Updated Titan world-event global chat announcements to use the plain ASCII asterisk marker instead of the previous star glyph so the FFXI client can render the alert wrapper reliably.

Website and announcement ledger presentation now use the same safe marker shape as in-game chat, preserving the leading-and-trailing alert style without relying on client-specific glyph support.
