Weapon-Skill Sneak and Trick Attack Error Fix

A Thief weapon skill could fail with a Lua error when its first hit missed, was parried or was absorbed by shadows. Those early exits left the hit damage multiplier unset, but Sneak Attack and Trick Attack bonus calculations still read it. Each hit now starts with a zero multiplier until it lands, preventing the error and preventing a missed hit from retaining an earlier hit's multiplier.

The fix was hot-reloaded without restarting game services or disconnecting players. Regression checks reproduce the previous failure and cover misses, parries, shadows, reused hit state and unchanged landed-hit bonuses. In-game combat confirmation remains pending. Auction House maintenance and packet-compression changes are being prepared separately and are not part of this live fix.

Discord Broadcasts Limited to Development Logs

Titan now sends only Development Logs to Discord. The linkshell chat, yell, NM log and world-event Discord broadcasters have been stopped and disabled. A deleted-channel webhook was returning Discord's Unknown Webhook error and repeatedly restarting a relay; persistent service guards prevent the retired broadcasters from restarting after a reboot.

The Development Log publisher remains active, with its normal delivery verification. In-game chat and world events continue normally. This change does not require a game-server restart.

Recruit TP Restored in the Native Party List

Recruit TP stopped appearing in the native party list after TitanHub was split into separate addons. The existing TP display module was still installed, but standalone Gambits no longer initialized it. The required Gambits addon now activates that display fix after character login and keeps it active when its window is closed or minimized.

The fix allows the normal client party and alliance TP display to show the actual values already sent by the server. It uses the normal TP colors and /partyinfo showtp on or off setting, adds no polling or server commands, and restores its two owned drawing changes when Gambits unloads. Compatibility and ownership checks remain in place. Automated lifecycle and retained-client-code tests passed; current in-game rendering still needs player confirmation. Restart the launcher for the addon update, then relaunch the game. The retired TP preview and probe addons are not required.

Moogle Ventures: Repeated Dispatch Notices

Moogle dispatch confirmations could repeat every 30 seconds, showing a lower remaining time each minute. The standalone addon split had disconnected the durable notice receipt handler, so the server kept retrying confirmations that were never acknowledged. The required Gambits addon now records and acknowledges those receipts even when the Ventures window is closed, and hides repeats of the same notice.

The first dispatch confirmation, delivery-box-full notice and completed delivery notice remain visible through the normal Emotes channel. Receipt IDs are saved separately from addon code so duplicate suppression survives addon reloads. Automated checks cover changing countdown text, reloads, acknowledgement retries, failed saves and completed deliveries; in-game verification is still pending. Restart the launcher to receive the updated addon files, then relaunch the game.

Recruit Armor and Ferries, Sorting, Ouryu Credit and Dynamis Timers

Recruit armor previously varied by recruitment source: selected recruits could wear Relic armor, while paid cooldown hires wore Empyrean armor. All generated recruits now use their job's original five-piece Artifact appearance. Dancer retains the appropriate male or female Artifact model. This changes cosmetic armor only; weapons, combat stats, identity, recruitment eligibility, prices and cooldowns remain the same. Native tests cover all 22 job appearances, all eight Dancer race models and paid hires for every enabled job. Visual confirmation in the live client remains pending.

Recruits could not be summoned on the regular Selbina–Mhaura ferries because those two ship zones lacked the outdoor-area classification required by Recruitment, despite already permitting Trusts. Both directions now use the same outdoor classification as their pirate-ship variants. Local eligibility tests cover all nine boat routes, including the Aht Urhgan ferries and Phanauet barge, while preserving leadership, combat, party-capacity and zone-permission restrictions. A live ferry ride still needs confirmation after activation.

The inventory sorter could cancel with “insufficient storage” when a character owned more equipment stacks than the eight Wardrobes could hold, even though Inventory, Satchel, Sack or Case still had space. Excess equipment now spills into those field bags after every Wardrobe is full. Wardrobe categories remain preferred, and Inventory is the last overflow destination to preserve loot room when possible.

The sorter still plans the full layout before moving anything and preserves item instances, signatures, quantities and equipped gear. Local native tests cover overflow, repeated sorting and equipment state. In-game visual confirmation remains pending.

A victory in The Savage could be lost for mission progression if the victory scene did not run its finish callback. The server now saves an earned Ouryu win before starting that scene. If the callback is missed, speaking with Justinius recovers the saved win and offers the normal continuation dialogue. Only actual participants in a winning battlefield receive this record; losses and merely viewing a victory event do not qualify.

Local native tests cover normal and delayed scene completion, a victory scene queued behind an unfinished entry event, recovery after losing session-only state, repeated callbacks, losses and participant checks. Real-client cutscene and reconnect testing remains pending. This protects earned mission progress; the cause of the reported entry black screens has not yet been confirmed.

Dynamis entrants could inherit the remaining time on an existing shared reservation; a repeated San d'Oria entry reported only 17 minutes. Every actual entry now starts a fresh personal 120-minute allowance, including re-entry. The entry notice, countdown warnings and expiry checks use that player's deadline. Another player's arrival does not reset anyone else's personal timer, and the shared zone stays available long enough for current entrants to finish.

Delayed expulsion callbacks now belong to the entry that scheduled them, so an old grace-period or cutscene callback cannot expel a player after re-entry. Twenty-one local behavior checks cover all ten Dynamis zones, repeat entry, staggered arrivals, individual warnings and expiry, and stale callbacks. Live entry testing remains pending.

TitanHub: Hidden Startup and Addon Cleanup

TitanHub and Gambits could display their windows on the game main menu because their startup handlers opened them immediately. Both now load with their windows hidden. After logging into a character, use /titan or /titanhub to open Hub and /gambits to open Gambits. Returning to the main menu hides them again. Gambits remains loaded and continues its normal engine work in an active character session when its window is closed.

TitanNativeTPPreview, TitanNativeTPProbe, TitanXICamera and TitanGambits_Test are retired. They are excluded from launcher choices, generated startup commands, the public addon manifest and installer packaging. Existing copies are moved out of the active addon folder into a local retired-addons backup, preserving their files and settings. A copy locked by a running game is excluded from startup and retried on a later launcher start.

PacketFlow is available again as an optional launcher plugin. It is installed and verified automatically, starts off by default on new setups, and loads at the next game launch when its checkbox is selected. It is independent of TitanHub.

Titan Hybrid FPS 30/60 is a separate optional addon checkbox, off by default. It preserves the former Hybrid policy: 60 FPS normally, 30 during cutscenes or sustained slowdown, followed by guarded attempts to return to 60. The launcher includes its standard fps dependency automatically when selected and prevents selecting Hybrid together with TrueFPS. Hub does not control it. Automated checks cover login visibility, retired-addon removal, optional startup choices and Hybrid transitions; in-game verification remains pending. This update does not claim to fix the previously reported freeze with all feature windows open.

TitanHub: Individual Feature Addons

TitanHub is now the required menu for Titan features. Type /titan or /titanhub to open it, then select the feature you want. The previous combined TitanGambits interface has been replaced by the standalone Gambits addon and individual windows for recruitment, parsing, inventory, missions, services, community tools and information. All feature files are installed and kept current by the launcher; individual Titan features are opened from Hub rather than selected in the launcher.

TitanHub and the Gambits engine load automatically. The other 21 feature addons are absent from the launcher startup checkbox list, and previous startup selections for them are ignored. Open them individually from Hub instead of starting them all together. Closing an optional feature with its X unloads it. Closing Gambits hides its window while its engine continues running; /gambits reopens it. Minimizing a loaded window keeps it loaded. Windows have fixed sizes based on the game resolution, with collapsible sections for organization. Shop Network has been retired, and the diagnostic feature has been removed.

The launcher and installer are signed, and launcher checks cover fresh installation, updating the addon set, required startup choices and opening features independently. Local cutscene testing succeeded with groups of five windows, but opening all 18 tested windows together still produced a black screen. The cause of that combined-load failure remains under investigation; this release does not claim to resolve it. Keep only the feature windows you need open.

TitanHub: Smaller Resolution Presets

The first 4K sizing preset made TitanHub too large in the gameplay screenshot we reviewed. The recommended sizes are now 65% for 720p, 90% for 1080p, 115% for 1440p and 150% for 4K. At 4K, text and controls are 25% smaller than the previous 200% preset.

Automatic remains the default and now follows the same smaller recommendations, increasing gradually between resolutions and stopping at 150%. Your selected Automatic or manual mode stays saved. The sizing and existing control checks passed; the revised proportions still need visual confirmation in gameplay. Update through the launcher and reload TitanHub outside dialogue. No game-server restart is required.
