Titan XI: Closed Beta Notice

During live beta testing, several serious exploits were discovered that may have compromised server integrity and gameplay fairness. As a precaution, Titan XI has temporarily transitioned to a closed beta while we investigate the extent of these issues, address vulnerabilities, and restore a fair and stable experience for everyone.

Server reopening is currently TBA. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward welcoming adventurers back to Vana’diel.

Recruit Calls Respect a Full Party

The TitanGambits RECRUIT button now shows FULL and cannot be selected when all six party places are occupied. The !recruit command gives the same clear full-party message, even if its 15-minute timer is still running.

With an open place, manual recruitment still fills a missing tank first, then support, then damage roles.

Recruits Keep Their Place in Crowded Fights

Generated melee Recruits now move inside their actual weapon reach and seek a clear place around the enemy when party members crowd together. This addresses companions standing engaged without attacking while two players and several Recruits fight in close quarters.

Titan Features Reflect the Current Adventure

The homepage, About, Getting Started, and FAQ now describe the live 22-job Recruit lineup, tank/support/damage anchor roles, server-run Recruit AI, and player-only TitanGambits sheets. The manual !recruit command and addon button are described as a 15-minute beta party call instead of an individual Recruit picker.

The site also clarifies classic CoP level caps alongside disabled party Level Sync, expanded Auction House listings, and Sparks gear through level 75. Artwork, layout, and navigation are unchanged.

Call a Recruit Party When You Need One

Use !recruit or the new RECRUIT button in TitanGambits to fill open party places once every 15 minutes. The button shows your remaining time, and the command tells you when you can call again.

Call companions in the field, dungeons, Dynamis, or an active battlefield when your party is safe. Recruitment pauses while anyone nearby in your party is fighting or has hate, and it is unavailable in towns. Your party keeps its existing companions; missing tank and support roles fill first, then damage dealers take the remaining places.

More Auction Listings and Recruit Improvements

You can put more than seven items up for sale at once. Your sales are shown six at a time, with pages sized to the items you actually have listed. Titan also now offers the level 71–75 Sparks gear in his shop.

Recruits gain stronger Thief, Samurai, Red Mage, Puppetmaster, and Rune Fencer decisions. Puppetmaster automatons should appear correctly, Recruit pets receive varied names, and Monk and Puppetmaster weapon looks use both hands. Guivre now waits 18–24 hours between appearances.

Development Logs and Discord Notices Catch Up

A quoting bug stopped Discord Development Log notices when a Recruit update contained an apostrophe. The relay now reads normal prose and sends missed entries in order.

The website now requests a fresh Development Log script so returning browsers see recent posts.

Recruits Carry Relic Weapon Looks Across Every Job

All 22 Recruit jobs now show relic weapon models for their main hand, offhand, shield, and ranged slots where those slots are used. Ranger keeps its name-based bow, gun, and crossbow combat packages; bow looks like Yoichinoyumi, while gun and crossbow-family shots show Annihilator because there is no relic crossbow.

Anchor previews use the same relic catalog. These are appearance choices only: Recruit damage, ammunition, weapon skills, and item access stay tied to their level-scaled combat profiles.

Taisaijin Waits One Hour Between Appearances

Taisaijin in Ranguemont Pass now uses a one-hour respawn timer instead of the short default. Its Taisai placeholder behavior remains in place, and the longer timer carries through map-server restarts.
