TitanGambits 2.4.2: Green Healer Rows

Party Gambits now uses the established healer job colors: White Mage, Red Mage, Dancer and Scholar rows are green, including Red Mage rows with support-priority controls. Other server-assigned healer roles also remain green. Bard and other support rows retain their yellow color.

This display-only correction preserves all role controls, selected preferences and combat behavior. The UI regression suite passed. Close FFXI and use the launcher to install TitanGambits 2.4.2; no game-server restart is needed.

Launcher 1.5.92 Update Repair and Gambits Button Colors

Fixed the launcher update failure that reported “Launcher update response is invalid.” The previous installer exceeded the 100 MiB download limit in installed launchers. The replacement removes duplicate embedded addon assets and stays within that limit; both executables are signed with Titan’s Microsoft signing identity. A release-build size gate now prevents this packaging regression.

TitanGambits 2.4.1 uses green for ON, selected role presets and configured support priorities, and red for OFF or unselected controls. Melee ON/OFF uses the same colors. Removed the [x] selection markers. Colors follow confirmed server settings; combat behavior is unchanged.

Verified signatures, installer size, fresh-install addon extraction, upgrade preservation, and the existing Party Gambits UI regression tests. No game-server restart is needed. Close FFXI and retry the launcher update or Check Files to receive the changes.

Launcher 1.5.91: Optional Maps and PhoenixTracker

Added optional nheatx XI Vision map overlays and PhoenixTracker to the launcher. Both start OFF and download hash-verified files only when enabled. Turning maps OFF returns to the original maps on the next launch; original client DATs and user overlay settings remain untouched. PhoenixTracker OFF removes its startup load while retaining saved tracking data.

The launcher and installer are signed with Titan’s Microsoft Artifact Signing identity. Downloads, cached files, atomic replacement, game-running restrictions, combined XIView overlays and launcher toggles passed local checks. PhoenixTracker is pinned to a reviewed upstream revision and passed 95 upstream tests; its Phoenix-specific gathering predictions and live display still require Titan gameplay observation.

Biast: Direct Eight-Hour Respawn

Biast now spawns directly in Xarcabard without killing Shadow Dragon or winning a placeholder lottery. After defeat, its next spawn is scheduled eight hours later. Saved cooldowns survive server restarts, and any existing later cooldown is retained. Shadow Dragon now respawns independently.

Actual Lua regression tests cover initial spawning, the eight-hour boundary, restart restoration and legacy timer migration. Activation verifies the live timer setup before reopening connections.

Adventurers Opens Online First

The Adventurers directory now opens with Online selected, followed by Offline. The All filter has been removed. Returning to the roster also selects Online; name search, sorting, profiles and pagination remain available.

Party Gambits Role Controls and Saved Job Preferences

TitanGambits 2.4.0 introduces six color-coded party rows with server-confirmed switches and role controls. New player characters and unconfigured jobs start OFF; each character and main job retains its selected mode and enabled state. Other players and Recruits owned by someone else remain read-only. Existing legacy sheets are retained.

Tanks choose Main Tank, Off Tank or DPS, with one owned Main Tank assignment and native fallback protection. Damage roles choose Aggressive, Coordinated or Conserve; healers choose Aggressive or Conserve. These preferences extend the existing job intelligence, skillchain planning and healing decisions while preserving emergency defenses and validated player execution.

Support rows offer two priorities from learned and level-available server-supported effects, including songs, rolls, Refresh, Haste, avatar wards and geomancy. Explicit selections do not silently substitute unrelated buffs. Recruit Melee OFF retains ranged, magical and pet actions while using native back-line positioning; Main Tank requires Melee ON.

Recruit OFF now removes custom Gambit preferences and restores normal native Recruit AI, including combat. Player OFF stops player automation. Buttons remain clickable during pending requests, and displayed selections change only after complete server acknowledgement. Existing actions may finish; stale replies and unauthorized changes are rejected.

Verified game updates now announce a ten-minute restart countdown with reminders at five, four, three, two and one minutes. Maintenance blocks player connections during installation and verification. If installation fails, recovery stays closed until the intended patch is repaired and verified.

The native build and focused C++/Lua regression suite cover all 22 jobs, legacy role variants, 440 player and 110 Recruit profile configurations, ownership, saved job transitions, support availability, tank assignments and UI bindings. Other utility-tab functions are unchanged. In-game combat timing and positioning remain subject to the controlled live smoke check. Close FFXI and use the Titan launcher to install the matching addon.

Quiet Gambits Retries and Command Error Filtering

Removed the internal Player chat active status from the Gambits panel. Chat-busy and background-pacing conditions now retry quietly while preserving queued ON/OFF choices.

TitanGambits 2.3.7 also suppresses one generic client command error per recent addon bridge submission, including errors raised before its outgoing speech packet is observed. Manual-command errors and unrelated or delayed failures remain visible. This targeted suppression addresses the reported spam; the underlying client parser behavior still needs in-game confirmation. The Gambits scrollbar removal is included.

Gambits Tab Without Scrollbars

Removed unnecessary scrollbars and mouse-wheel scrolling from the fixed party rows on the TitanGambits Gambits tab. Party ON/OFF controls and other tabs retain their behavior. TitanGambits 2.3.6 is delivered through the launcher; no server restart is required.
