Promyvion Recruitment Recovery, Refresh and RDM Merit Fixes

Recruitment now restores encounter tracking for players reconnecting to an active battlefield or instance, while preserving native admission, capacity and solo restrictions. Dancer is temporarily excluded from world-anchor and normal manual recruitment while reported client crashes are investigated; this is a precaution, not a confirmed crash cure.

TitanGambits distinguishes Geo-Refresh from regular Refresh so its buff checks allow the RDM spell to be reapplied while the aura remains. Native spell stacking passed both-order and reapplication tests. The client update restores missing RDM eligibility fields on the six era Group 2 merit entries; equipment scaling under level caps is unchanged.

Global in-game NM defeat announcements are limited to wild-zone encounters, excluding battlefield, instance and Dynamis kills plus Promyvion Strays and Memory Receptacles. Website kill records remain available. All 291 out-of-era Apex spawn entries are removed from the four Promyvion zones, preserving ordinary monsters.

Launcher Preserves Player Settings and Optional Addons

Titan Launcher 1.5.65 imports existing graphics, controller and mouse preferences and preserves manual INI choices unless you explicitly change the matching launcher setting. Optional addons, including LuAshitacast and TitanGambits, can remain unchecked. Existing LuAshitacast files are preserved, and the launcher no longer rewrites titan.txt.

Opening cinematics default to off, with a visible setting to turn them on. Added an explicit Reset Defaults button, backups before preference migration, atomic settings writes, and a visible error instead of silently overwriting unreadable settings. Custom commands in the active startup script are preserved; those commands may independently load addons.

Local preference migration and repeated-launch checks passed, along with all 77 client patcher checks. Both the launcher and installer were signed with Titan's Microsoft Artifact Signing identity and verified before publication. These changes address settings resets; they do not establish that every reported client crash is resolved.

Titan Window Commands Toggle Open and Closed

Typing /titan, /gambits or /titangambits now opens the Titan window when closed and closes it when open. The explicit /gambits ui command still opens the window. Gambit automation settings are unchanged.

The actual Lua command handler passed local toggle and alias checks. Close the game and let the launcher update addons, or reload TitanGambits after updating its files.

Dancer Recruits Use Magic to Remove Ailments

Generated Dancer Recruits no longer use Healing Waltz. They use level-available White Mage subjob status-removal spells in combat and while idle, including Erase from subjob level 32. Normal MP, silence, range and recast restrictions apply.

Curing and Divine Waltzes still restore HP. This is a targeted mitigation for reported Dancer client crashes; client-side confirmation is still needed. Player Dancer abilities are unchanged.

Ranger Recruits Keep Their Ranged Weapons

Ranger Recruits keep their normal ranged weapon throughout combat and no longer switch to a crossbow for special bolts. Acid, Blind, Venom, Bloody and Sleep Bolt attempts have been removed from Ranger AI to prevent repeated weapon-change blinking.

Thief retains its existing enfeebling bolt behavior. Ranger normal ranged attacks, weapon skills and tactical job abilities remain available.

Wyvern Actions Handle Pet Dismissal Safely

Wyvern attack, damage-breath, healing, status-removal and experience callbacks now require a live wyvern in the same zone. Events arriving after dismissal, death or zoning safely skip pet actions, while active wyverns retain their normal attacks and breaths.

Consumable Scrolls No Longer Trigger Equipment Errors

Equipment eligibility checks now recognize valid consumables as non-equipment. Instant Warp and Instant Reraise scrolls no longer produce false missing-item errors when reward menus check eligibility. Equipment job, race and level restrictions remain unchanged.

Support Recruits Remember Your Buff Preferences

Support Recruits offer their available buffs when summoned. Their summoner can reply in party chat with effect names such as ATK and ACC or supported exact song, roll, spell and ward names. New valid lists replace previous preferences, and multiple Bards or Corsairs divide requests in summon order, two per Recruit.

If you do not answer, the normal support AI continues immediately. Preferences reset when a Recruit is dismissed. Native level, MP, recast, song, roll and aura limits still apply, and healing and recovery retain their emergency priority. Say default buffs in party chat to return your Recruits to automatic choices.
