Titan XI: Closed Beta Notice

During live beta testing, several serious exploits were discovered that may have compromised server integrity and gameplay fairness. As a precaution, Titan XI has temporarily transitioned to a closed beta while we investigate the extent of these issues, address vulnerabilities, and restore a fair and stable experience for everyone.

Server reopening is currently TBA. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward welcoming adventurers back to Vana’diel.

TitanGambits Earned Job Buttons

Earned Recruit job choices now display full names such as WARRIOR with yellow styling, distinct from blue Tank, green Support and red DPS. The character-level-75 reservation path is restored with server verification and actor-specific status; jobs below 75 and account-only unlocks remain unavailable. Random pools retain weighted draws and duplicate exclusions; explicit earned-job slots can repeat. The three-second selection delay, human occupancy priority and action confirmations are retained. In-game button appearance remains to be observed after activation. Version 2.2.198 is included in the launcher release.

Recruit Tank Protection and Stronger Provoke

Generated WAR, PLD, NIN and RUN tanks now detect nearby unclaimed aggro and links attacking their own party, with endangered humans prioritized. Every successful generated Recruit Provoke now generates twice the native CE/VE enmity inputs, replacing the prior conditional 135% bonus. Normal enmity modifiers, caps and decay apply. Players and named Trusts are unchanged; Provoke still deals no damage. They try native Provoke and eligible job spell/ability fallbacks without changing normal recasts, costs or player targeting. The scan also runs during following and while the player is disengaged. Sleeping enemies, unrelated claims, passive orders and targets already held by Trust tanks are protected.

Native Auction House Scroll Level Cap

The in-game Auction House catalog now hides scrolls whose lowest valid job requirement exceeds level 75. The native category filter now matches the existing Guild stock restriction, including Gravity II and Comet. Level-75 and lower scrolls remain available. Owned items and completed sales are preserved; reopen the Auction House to refresh its catalog.

TitanGambits Action Confirmations

Inventory sorting and Sparks-to-gil conversion now ask for confirmation before sending a server request. Cancel leaves bags and Sparks unchanged; zoning cancels an open prompt. Existing server validation, receipts and pending-action guards are preserved. Version 2.2.197 is synced through the launcher.

Quick Glance Comparison Layout

The About page comparison now uses bordered rows, aligned columns and a subtle gold background for Titan. Compact mobile boxes keep each feature and its two server descriptions together. The stylesheet version was refreshed so existing browsers receive the layout. Comparison text and artwork are unchanged.

TitanGambits Help Bar Width

Help and alert text now use the available help-bar width and current font measurements instead of a fixed 72-character cutoff. Complete messages are preserved when resizing, and truncation does not split multibyte characters. Version 2.2.196 is synced with the launcher release.

About Titan: Quick Glance

Added a compact Phoenix/Titan comparison immediately above Server Settings on the About page. It covers the shared level-75 foundation, Recruits, group EXP, Level Sync, travel, storage, combat assistance, adventuring rewards, Guild trading and daily Tokens.

Titan descriptions were checked against deployed code and settings; Phoenix descriptions use its published era policies and acknowledge its own quality-of-life features. Existing artwork, page width, typography and navigation are preserved.

Seven Auction House Selling Slots

Both active and default map settings now limit each character to seven active Auction House listings. Native in-game listing checks and website requests share that setting; the website counter receives seven from authoritative server state after activation. Existing listings are preserved; characters already above seven cannot add more until they have room.

The map server was restarted during an empty-server window. Tax-free listings, Guild purchases, stock targets, prices and delivery behavior are unchanged.
